I am an IT operations and infrastructure leader with 22+ years of experience delivering 24x7 NOC operations, data centre transformations, BCP/DR sites and complex infrastructure projects for banking and enterprise clients. I have led sizing and design for cloud, VOIP, contact centers, SAN and virtualization, and created ITIL-based processes for change, incident and problem management.

As a projects and service delivery lead and senior technology advisor, I drive on-time, in-scope project delivery, mentor teams, manage stakeholder expectations and optimize service performance to meet SLAs.
