What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver Tier 1–2 IT and cloud support, manage AD/Microsoft 365/Azure and security tools, and improve reliability through monitoring, documentation, and ticket audits while growing with a strong team.

I’m an IT Support Engineer and Cloud Support provider based in Karachi, helping teams through Tier 1 & Tier 2 support via calls, emails, and remote sessions. I troubleshoot and resolve network, server, hardware, and software issues efficiently, while monitoring systems and auditing ticketing trends to pinpoint training and resource needs.

My strength is managing identity and device policies—Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and Intune—along with supporting Microsoft 365 services like Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. I also work on Azure security tools (including Microsoft Defender), perform software installations/upgrades and data backup strategies for business continuity, and create IT process documentation, knowledge base articles, and audit reports that improve support efficiency and staff training.
