I’m an Operations Manager with 7 years of experience, including nearly 5 years leading remote operations for UK and US clients in the hospitality and food-delivery space. I currently run operations for 150+ UK takeaway clients, managing an 18-person remote team across recruitment, training, KPI management, and client success.

I bring deep hands-on expertise in SaaS onboarding and platform operations—configuring FoodHub menus end-to-end, building the operations layer in Zoho CRM, and owning client lifecycles from setup through go-live. I set and enforce daily KPIs across call handling, query resolution, data accuracy, and weekly reporting, and I act as the primary escalation point between agents and client teams.

Previously, I coordinated end-to-end government tender delivery work, managing procurement cycles, multi-vendor planning, shipping/customs timelines, and commissioning handovers. My Computer Science background keeps me strong in SaaS adoption, integrations, and troubleshooting, and I’m now seeking a remote Customer Success, Operations, or Implementation Manager role with a growth-stage hospitality tech or food-delivery platform.
