What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can leverage my 12+ years of experience in core banking systems and infrastructure to lead high-impact digital transformation projects, mentor technical teams, and drive operational efficiency.

At Stima Sacco Society, I manage core banking systems, server infrastructure, and digital channels supporting more than 150,000 members. I have led end-to-end migrations for Profits and iApply, including UAT, configuration, data migration, and training for 500+ staff.

I spearheaded the FUNIKA Mobile Loan App integration, connecting core banking systems with mobile APIs to automate credit scoring and disbursement and increase digital transaction volumes by 65%. I also configured an Islamic Banking module for Shari'ah and regulatory compliance and project-managed the MS Dynamics Navision upgrade from 2009 to 2016 with zero operational downtime.

I administer Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, SharePoint, SQL Server, and enterprise networks while aligning systems with SASRA and cybersecurity requirements.
