What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an ICT role where I can own SQL Server and database reliability, strengthen identity and access security, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues end-to-end—while collaborating with teams to improve processes and deliver excellent customer service.

I’m a Senior ICT Officer with over 7 years of experience supporting business technology services and solving real operational issues. I bring advanced SQL skills and a strong foundation in database management, network administration, and system troubleshooting.

In my current role at U&I Microfinance Bank, I manage identity lifecycle operations across Active Directory and Azure AD, monitor IAM-related incidents, and strengthen least-privilege enforcement. I also maintain the company’s SQL Server database infrastructure, develop database applications using SQL, and troubleshoot core banking system errors while supporting daily EOD/SOD/SOB closures.

I’ve also delivered hands-on technical support as an ICT Assistant, including server and database maintenance, user account administration, VM deployment troubleshooting on VMware and Hyper-V, and network scanning/backup reporting. I’m known as a detail-oriented, customer-focused team player who documents workflows, improves processes, and ensures smooth onboarding/offboarding across teams.
