My background spans technical operations, sales coordination, lead generation, and CAM programming. At UNITECH PCB, I developed CNC programs in Genesis 2000, while at EMAPTA I owned sales order processing, account data integrity, e-commerce logistics, vendor rebates, and supply-chain issue resolution.

With a Computer Science background and hands-on experience across Xero, WorkflowMax, NetSuite, ConnectWise, HubSpot CRM, Magento, and automation tools, I bring structured operational support to complex, high-stakes work.
