What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging sales, marketing, or business development role in the durable goods industry where I can expand territories, build distributor and dealer networks, strengthen channel execution, and drive revenue growth.

I'm driving New Alternate Channel operations for Exide Industries' Reserve Power Home Division, managing multi-state territories and secondary sales strategies across Bihar.

I've generated ₹7 Crore in secondary sales revenue through structured business planning, distributor engagement, and performance-driven channel management. I also appointed 6 distributors and onboarded 250+ sub-dealers for a newly launched alternate channel.

I lead BTL initiatives, trade schemes, visibility drives, product launches, dealer performance monitoring, and market visits to strengthen retail execution. My work includes building and mentoring DSRs, optimizing beat plans, and maintaining sales hygiene and SOP compliance.

Earlier, as a Sales Intern at Exide Industries, I researched Motorcycle Battery market share and analyzed competitive positioning to support sales strategy. I bring PAN-India exposure across Eastern and Northern markets, supported by English, Hindi, and Bengali communication skills.
