I’m looking for a remote, fast-paced operations role where I can own high-volume documentation workflows, strengthen CRM-based processes, and lead teams to improve turnaround time, accuracy, and customer experience through clear SOPs and continuous process improvement.

I’m an operations professional with 8+ years of experience across workflow management, customer coordination, documentation management, process improvement, and remote team leadership, including 4.5+ years supporting high-volume U.S.-based real estate closing operations. I manage parallel client workflows and handle 100–150 active resale and refinance transactions daily while keeping execution smooth and accurate.

I take ownership of critical closing documentation—resale packages, HOA demands, estoppels, questionnaires, payoff statements, title requirements, association documentation, leasing restrictions, tenant terms, and compliance-related records. I track each item from request through completion, ensure SLA adherence, review for completeness, and handle 15–20 escalations daily involving delays, urgent requests, missing documentation, and workflow blockers.

I strengthen operations through structured systems: CRM dashboards, operational trackers, SOPs, templates, and knowledge resources. I also lead a 25+ member remote operations team—coordinating onboarding, training support, walkthroughs, and operational reviews—while continuously improving turnaround time and communication quality.
