I'm currently the single point of contact for multiple client accounts at Good News Lab, managing the handoff between client expectations and internal delivery across deadlines, revisions, and difficult conversations.
I focus on the small signals that can become retention risks, using proactive communication, fast follow-through, honest escalation, and documentation to keep relationships healthy. I believe clients should never have to chase me for an update.
Previously, I handled high-volume customer and clinical-trial participant relationships at Amazon and SubjectWell, and managed audit-facing client care and sample reception processes at AssureCloud. I want to own account health end to end and turn recurring client patterns into action.
