In my current role, I spearhead late-stage collection efforts and charge-off optimization to enhance recovery rates. I generate and distribute customer account statements, prepare and process invoices accurately and timely, and maintain detailed account records and collection notes.

I also handle high-sensitivity workflows like repossession documentation, assumption requests, and supporting documentation. When discrepancies happen, I investigate account discrepancies and billing concerns, then resolve them through careful reconciliation and follow-up.

I bring strong organizational discipline—tracking outstanding balances, monitoring overdue payments, and negotiating payment arrangements and settlement plans while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
