What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build a long-term career in customer service and hospitality, ideally in a hotel, resort, tourist village, residential community, mall, or other customer-facing environment, while developing my communication and customer relations skills.

At Eceta for project Management, I assisted customers with inquiries and requests, working to provide appropriate assistance and effective solutions.

I communicated with customers to understand their needs and maintained a professional, friendly attitude in each interaction.

My Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Kafr El-Sheikh University strengthened my ability to interact confidently in English.
