At Lagos University Teaching Hospital, I serve as a point of contact for information and enquiries, including incoming calls. I also help address patient complaints, treating each patient as a client and aiming to resolve matters so they leave satisfied.

I write and edit institutional communications, including a press release on the NEMSAS ambulance rollout and a newsreel-style script for a hospital sports event. I also handle formal correspondence, including structured email follow-up to resolve a persistent portal access issue.

At Keble, I market a fractional real estate investment platform and explain how the digital product works and what it offers to prospective customers. I work remotely and follow up with clients with the aim of closing investor deals.

Earlier, I marketed residential property at Adron Homes and Properties and communicated regularly with prospective buyers and clients. At Comfy Liven, I coordinated with staff to get daily work done and satisfy customers. I hold a BA in Philosophy and am completing a Master of Public Administration.
