What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can resolve inquiries quickly (email, chat, and phone), use knowledge bases and ticketing, and work independently from home—while continuing to learn new tools and improve customer satisfaction.

I provide customer-focused support by resolving client requests via email, live chat and phone, using knowledge base resources to respond accurately and efficiently.
