At Zimplistic, I own digital and connected product features end to end—from customer problem validation and requirements through development, release, and continuous improvement.

I turn customer feedback, support issues, and product performance data into roadmap priorities, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and measurable product improvements. I work closely with Engineering, QA, UX, Marketing, Customer Support, and Firmware to validate releases, guide UAT, and improve product adoption.

Previously, I led product quality and reliability initiatives across hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, and support. At Western Digital and Panasonic Philippines, I performed validation, failure analysis, write-strategy development, and statistical performance analysis for enterprise storage and optical disc drive products.

I'm driven by customer discovery, clear product decisions, and using data to make products more reliable and valuable.
