I seek senior product leadership/management roles in tech or fintech/crypto platforms where I can lead cross-functional teams, drive platform/API strategy, apply AI and data-driven decisions, and build compliant, customer-centric products with clear KPIs and growth focus.

I am a product leader with 15+ years building and scaling digital products across fintech, crypto, banking, telco, HR tech, and gaming. I focus on customer-centric delivery, platform strategy, and data-driven execution through tight KPIs and OKRs.

Most recently I led a 17-person Product & Design organization, establishing roles, processes, and hiring frameworks that drove 85% year-over-year retention. I revitalized retail product experiences, achieved near-zero downtime, and reduced transaction latency to approximately one second.

I launched partner-led initiatives and platform products that delivered measurable growth — including a CaaS launch that produced ~10x user growth and 2x transaction volume for partner channels. I also shipped a large portion of open-API roadmaps quickly while coaching PMs and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders for compliant delivery.

I now advise and mentor on AI and product management, and I build internal AI/automation products. I bring strengths in stakeholder alignment, KYC/compliance, APIs, onboarding and retention, and I prioritize operational rigor, predictability, and outcomes-driven roadmaps.
