What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR or learning and development role where I can strengthen workforce capability, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, improve HR processes, and partner with stakeholders on employee engagement and business needs.

At DAC Developers, I supported end-to-end HR operations, manpower coordination, recruitment, onboarding, BGV, workforce tracking, MIS reporting, and learning initiatives. I partnered with leadership and functional teams to address skill gaps, workforce requirements, and employee deployment.
