At Kotak Mahindra Bank, I lead functional and product training for Liability and Asset teams. I design programs covering business loans, working capital, home loans and other banking products, using classroom, virtual and on-the-job learning.
Previously at Jana Small Finance Bank, I worked across training, operations and compliance, including branch audits, rural banking and digital banking initiatives. I also developed KPI dashboards and MIS reports to monitor branch performance, collections and team productivity.
