I’m an operations and systems professional driven by one instinct: walk into a messy system, find what’s wrong, and build something that actually works. Over the past 5 years, I’ve moved from coordinating employment programs to implementing SAP in hospitals, and most recently building an operations infrastructure from scratch.

In my current role as an Operations Manager at ACT Medical, I built the infrastructure end-to-end—order management, procurement workflows, SOPs, and compliance docs—then put a working tracking system in place with Asana. I also connected Priority ERP with Asana and implemented automations, so the workflow matches how the team operates day to day.

I bring this same systems mindset across projects and teams. I’ve managed multi-activity scheduling and reporting at MAOZ, ran a globally-funded tech training program with Appleseeds Academy from recruitment through job placement, and served as an SAP Implementation Instructor at NESS Technologies by training medical staff end-to-end so they could use SAP independently.
