What I'm looking for

I'm looking for international remote or B2B roles where I can guide customers through ERP and business-system change, from requirements and configuration to testing, training, go-live, and post-launch adoption.

I've taken two Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Navision implementations through production go-live, owning merchandise and inventory workstreams from requirements, configuration, and testing through migration, training, and post-launch support. At Navicon, I trained approximately 45 end users across wholesale, manufacturing, and retail environments and progressed into project management for a three-person team.

I've also led IT and business systems for 150 users at Geolink Consulting, supported approximately 100 users and 15 regional branches at Wilo Group, and built end-to-end e-commerce operations at Travel Baby. Today, through OmTeBly Consulting, I analyze user needs, diagnose system issues, test fixes, and turn technical and business problems into practical implementation steps.
