What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead project, product or business operations where I can turn technical and business needs into clear execution, improve visibility with data and automation, and support multidisciplinary R&D teams through development, suppliers and production.

At NEAT Applied Tech, I support execution across 20+ multidisciplinary R&D projects, primarily in medical device development, translating product and business needs into plans, milestones, Jira workflows, ownership and supplier coordination. I also developed Excel automation and AI-assisted workflows that reduced recurring operational and financial processes from 4–5 workdays to 2–3 hours.

I’ve also built and managed six hospitality venues and teams of up to 100 employees, owning P&L, pricing, staffing, suppliers, inventory and daily execution. I bring hands-on business judgment to product operations, business planning, production readiness and AI adoption.
