What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an executive administrative or operations role where I can support leadership, improve processes, manage priorities, and coordinate confidential, time-sensitive work in a fast-paced or remote environment.

I've supported leadership and cross-functional teams at AllSafe IT by coordinating business communications, maintaining LMS records, reviewing performance benchmarks, and improving operational processes. I also conduct quality reviews and coordinate coaching follow-up plans with engineers.
