I'm looking for an administrative, executive support, HR, or operations role where I can manage schedules, records, reporting, and remote coordination while delivering accurate, confidential, high-quality service.

I've supported insurance, healthcare, HR, and corporate operations through executive scheduling, customer correspondence, database updates, reporting, and confidential records administration. In my current Branch Supervisor – Underwriting role at Crichton Insurance Agency, I coordinate clients, insurers, documentation, quotations, and timely service delivery.

I've managed confidential records for organizations with over 900 employees, led remote HR administration using BambooHR, and coordinated hundreds of interviews, meetings, and training sessions. I bring 15+ years of administrative experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and cloud-based platforms.
