Monique Henry

I’m an experienced Human Resources Professional, with “over a decade of expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance.” I’m known for fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting employee engagement through empathetic, tactful support.

In my roles, I’ve owned key processes across recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations—covering conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and responsive guidance on company policies and procedures. I also support performance management by tracking probationary reviews, performance metrics, and follow-up actions.

I strengthen HR operations through hands-on payroll and HR administration, including coordinating payroll inputs such as attendance records, overtime, leave reports, deductions, and salary adjustments. I prepare HR reports, memos, and correspondence, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance through audits and documentation.

I bring a strategic, people-first ethos grounded in ethics and inclusion. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (2022 to Current), and I’m committed to “creating inclusive environments and implementing strategic HR initiatives to align with organizational goals.”
