What I'm looking for

I’m seeking project leadership work focused on corporate initiatives and digital transformation, bridging business and technology through cloud solutions and AI adoption.

At SEFAZ, I managed documentation, milestones, and schedules for strategic projects using PMI methods and Google Workspace. I also tracked performance and dependencies and prepared executive reports for senior management.

I participated in institutional planning for eight years and developed the Strategic Indicators Base, coordinating schedules for major initiatives such as the Institution’s General Balance Sheet. I facilitated workshops, executive meetings, and alignment sessions with cross-functional teams.

As an independent Strategic Consultant, I led franchise expansion projects, managing scope, deliverables, teams, and unit indicators. I also implemented digitized administrative routines.

Earlier, I managed B2B consulting proposals at Grupo Portfolio and led its B2C team, while at Haribo I expanded operations across CE, PI, and MA. At Construtora Manhattan, I implemented the quality management system, including ISO 9001 and PBQP-H, and designed processes.
