I've coordinated the end-to-end launch of a Frutos de Goiás franchise retail unit, from planning and construction through go-live and operational stabilization. I manage timelines, system setup, inventory, onboarding, suppliers, and critical launch dependencies.

In daily retail operations, I oversee purchasing, inventory controls, vendor relationships, and workflows for a unit generating R$80K+ in monthly revenue. I've created SOPs, checklists, and centralized tracking tools to reduce bottlenecks and support data-driven decisions.

At JLL @ Google, I supported workplace operations, service requests, event logistics, vendor workflows, invoices, and compliance across English-, Spanish-, and Portuguese-speaking teams. I also improved reporting processes to strengthen data reliability, visibility, and cross-team alignment.

My project coordination foundation includes international cultural initiatives at the British Council, where I managed documentation, contracts, schedules, invoices, KPI trackers, and dashboards. I bring postgraduate project management training alongside experience in international operations and high-volume customer service in Australia.
