I seek a client-facing technical support role in healthcare or enterprise IT where I can resolve EMR and system issues, coach teammates, and work within secure, collaborative teams.

I am an experienced healthcare IT support analyst focused on resolving Electronic Medical Record issues and delivering reliable technical support to hospitals, clinics, and physician offices. I have a strong foundation in troubleshooting connection, display, database search, access, and role-based limitations within large healthcare contracts.

At Cerner/Oracle I provide front-line support, coordinate escalations to incident response teams, manage internal ticketing and queues, and onboard and coach new associates through reverse-shadowing and one-on-one reviews. I regularly communicate with federal clinic and hospital staff and retain required federal contractor training and clearances.

Previously at Cox Automotive I supported website change requests, triaged customer issues, created content and small scripts/CSS changes, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve site appearance and performance. I have experience with basic scripting, photo editing for marketing pieces, and creating custom content for client sites.
