What I'm looking for

I'm seeking BPO operations leadership, NGO programme management, and international development roles where I can lead large-scale programmes, strengthen operations, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable social and sustainability impact.

At SayTrees Environmental Trust, I manage a INR 50–60 crore annual CSR portfolio, delivering 20–30 sustainability and urban forestry projects each year. I lead 3 City Managers, 8 Supervisors, and 80+ staff while building SOPs, PMO governance, KPI dashboards, and multi-site monitoring systems.

I've led procurement, vendor management, and partnerships with corporate funders including American Express, Intel, Qualcomm, Bosch, Infosys, and Wipro. My earlier BPO leadership experience at Policybazaar and Digital Expoders strengthened my approach to coaching, quality, KPIs, and operational performance.
