What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote HR or talent acquisition role where I can manage full-cycle hiring, support employee operations, and partner with global teams.

I support Orderific in New York and AutomatedPros in Dubai through full-cycle recruitment, hiring technical, creative, and support talent across borders.

I source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding for 3–10 successful hires per month. I screen more than 100 candidates weekly and coordinate 10–15 interviews with technical and hiring managers.

I also manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, HR documentation, employee inquiries, leave requests, verification letters, and payslips.

Earlier at Akulaku Group, I supported daily operations and campaign workflows, processing 200+ participant records per day while managing WhatsApp and Telegram communities.
