What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote role where I can lead recruitment, strengthen HR operations, coordinate stakeholders, and provide reliable administrative support for a growing global team.

I've led recruitment and HR operations for RemArc Property Group, UNIT. Group Indonesia, and PERSOLKELLY Indonesia, supporting construction, hospitality, manufacturing, IT, banking, FMCG, and property teams. I manage full-cycle hiring, payroll, contracts, onboarding, employee documentation, and workforce coordination.

At PERSOLKELLY, I maintained a 30%+ CV-to-interview conversion rate and earned Top Performer recognition in February and March 2025. I'm open to fully remote roles where I can bring dependable recruitment, project coordination, and administrative support to distributed teams.
