Molly Stallings

As a Senior Designer at Stallings Design Studio, I lead branding and identity projects, overseeing social, digital, and print ad campaigns. My role involves providing creative direction and managing junior designers to ensure that our projects not only meet but exceed client expectations. I am passionate about visually elevating existing brands to reflect current design trends and strategies, preparing digital and print files for pre-press and production.

My freelance work has allowed me to collaborate closely with clients through brand discovery and strategy, creating comprehensive brand packages that include logos, font systems, color palettes, brand guides, and marketing collateral. Prior to this, I honed my skills at Symmetry Creative Agency and Baltimore Magazine, where I designed brand identities, digital and print campaigns, and editorial layouts that resonated with diverse audiences.
