I'm looking for a technical or customer support role where I can troubleshoot customer issues, improve support workflows, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and continue building my computer science skills.

I've delivered technical and customer support at TRIBE Consulting, resolving high-volume inbound inquiries across phone, email, and chat while consistently meeting service-level targets.

For Port App, I supported electric bike users through real-time chat, troubleshooting mobile app, hardware, and vehicle-operation issues. I also created support templates and workflows that reduced handling time and improved first-contact resolution.
