Designed and led development of Apollo Studio features with product owners and designers, taking them from concept to launch. Improved and monitored high-volume telemetry ingestion for better reliability and throughput and built reporting tooling for enterprise GraphQL customers.

Built event-driven billing microservices for payments, tax calculation, billing adjustments, memberships, cancellations, and refunds. Implemented heavily tested algorithms to keep billing error margins near zero, reducing revenue-impacting discrepancies.

Shipped client-side features and ensured reliable data movement across ASDA, infrastructure, and Walmart Canada teams. Led the migration of a monolithic REST API estate to GraphQL for high-traffic storefronts and helped unify user experience across Walmart Canada properties.

Built Confluence Cloud’s new version to reach feature parity with the legacy product while modernizing the codebase and infrastructure. Developed developer-experience tooling, including CI/CD pipelines and engineering scripts, to speed up deployments, testing, and linting.

Architected a centralized cross-organization knowledge platform that aggregated documentation, diagrams, video, and other media into a single portal with team-contributed widgets. Designed it to reduce recurring product-development problems and lower the risk of product recalls across teams.

Developed internal project management tooling and a network-inventory product built on top of Google Maps. Built the application using Angular and Node.js/Express with Jasmine-based testing.

Built real-time UI components connected to backend WebSockets to show live status of systems and cloud deployments. Supported multi-cloud deployment management using Node.js, Express, and Java.

Designed visual mockups and prototyped core user flows for desktop and mobile analytics experiences, including dashboards, detail pages, and charts. Developed responsive web experiences using Angular and Node.js, using Adobe Creative Cloud and Balsamiq for design workflows.

Led engineering delivery against tight deadlines while improving performance metrics and achieving revenue goals. Built a Node.js middle-tier API leveraging multi-threading to improve REST-layer performance for a global classifieds platform and enforced engineering standards for code review, unit-test coverage, and CI.

Designed and built a global classifieds framework for multiple countries, brands, and locales, serving millions of hits per day. Implemented search features and high-availability APIs across multiple data centers to power web and mobile apps while improving code quality and test coverage.
