At Nike, I built and led the operating infrastructure behind a 300+ person global Talent Acquisition organization through two enterprise transformations. I also established its first formal cross-functional partner network, aligning more than 20 teams through shared roadmaps and decision frameworks.
I directed change management for Nike’s Workday HRIS and ATS launch, supporting the global team through the transition. I later co-owned the talent technology roadmap, including the Nike Careers site relaunch, which delivered 86% engagement, 72% conversion into Workday, and a 42% increase in traffic.
At Flexport, I designed and scaled people and recruiting programs as the company grew from roughly 100 to 2,000 employees across three continents. I ran company-wide performance cycles spanning 1,500+ participants and 5,000+ reviews, and engagement surveys across a 2,000+ person team with 93% participation.
My work has often started with a program or process that didn’t yet have an owner, from employee referrals and onboarding to change management and communications. I’m strongest at building the systems and operating rhythms that help global and fast-scaling organizations execute.
