In my recent role as an Operations Intern at HAL Offshore Ltd (2025), I supported daily operations and ensured smooth workflow execution. I coordinated teams, monitored real-time progress, and maintained communication between staff and management.

Previously, as a Project Engineer at Crystal Syndicate (2023–2024), I supervised teams to ensure timely project completion, managed schedules and resource allocation, and ensured adherence to company policies and quality standards. I also supported inventory management and operational tracking at a Fabrication Company (2022), helping streamline processes to improve efficiency. I’m certified in Project Management (Six Sigma White Belt) and Lean Manufacturing, and I hold a PGDM (Operations & Finance) and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
