At Wells Fargo, I own architecture and delivery for the Vulnerability Response suite, including VR, AVR, and CVR for more than 4,000 applications. I build governance-led ServiceNow solutions that turn hours-long manual processes into work completed in minutes.

I’ve rebuilt CVIT auto-close processing across multiple nodes, reducing execution time from several hours to about 30 minutes, and created utilities that save 2–3 business days when routing logic changes. I also designed reusable error-logging, QID-waiver, and false-positive approval frameworks, alongside Wiz container integration that reduced data-load time by about 50%.

Previously at Dell Technologies, I delivered Azure and GCP discovery, CMDB integrations, CSM portal work, Event Management, and catalog automation in a domain-separated instance. I migrated Azure discovery to pattern-based discovery, cutting run time by about 80%, and automated new-subscription detection to save roughly two hours of manual work each day.

Across Cognizant and Wipro, I led teams, implemented ITSM and GRC capabilities, built scoped applications and Service Portal experiences, and worked directly with customers on requirements and delivery. I’m a ServiceNow MVP, Community Mega Sage, mentor, and speaker who enjoys sharing practical platform knowledge.
