What I'm looking for

I’m looking to move into IT support, where I can use my technical foundation and hands-on experience resolving website, email, and software issues.

As a Founder & Web Developer, I provide direct technical support to small-business clients, diagnosing and resolving website, email, and software issues with clear, jargon-free communication.

I build and troubleshoot web applications and automated workflows using JavaScript, Python, React, and API integrations. I document processes, configurations, and client requests, then follow up to confirm issues are resolved.

At Top Gum, I work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and coordinating with diverse teams to keep work accurate and on time. I’m looking to move into IT support, drawing on my Computer Applications degree and PG Diploma in Software Development.
