I build and manage Windows Server Core VMs hosting DNS in the DMZ and upgrade domain controllers to Windows Server 2022. I also use PowerShell and Ansible to automate provisioning, reporting, compliance audits, and permission reviews, reducing manual workload by approximately 50%.
Previously, I supported Microsoft 365 and Azure AD at Donnelly & Moore / USMA West Point and delivered Level III Microsoft 365 support at Zones LLC.
