I’m a Microsoft 365 Administrator / Engineer with 4+ years of experience managing enterprise environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, and Azure AD (Entra ID). I administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune for large-scale organizations, aiming to improve both security posture and day-to-day reliability.

In my recent roles, I’ve managed Intune (MDM & MAM) policies for thousands of enrolled devices, strengthening device compliance and reducing security gaps. I also configure Exchange Online (mailboxes, transport rules, retention policies) to improve mail flow reliability—reducing delivery-related incidents by measurable margins.

I build secure access with Conditional Access and compliance policies, including MFA and identity governance approaches that reduce unauthorized login attempts. I’ve also supported hybrid identity integration between Active Directory and Azure AD to ensure consistent authentication and minimize login-related issues.

I’m hands-on with PowerShell automation, Azure PowerShell, and reporting automation to streamline provisioning, license assignment, and operational workflows—reducing manual administrative effort significantly. I bring security-first mindset through Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and endpoint security practices, and I’m certified as a Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102) and Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
