As a seasoned customer service professional, I have honed my skills in utilizing knowledge of both the coffee industry and customer service industry to successfully manage operations and create pleasing beverages. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in various roles, including as a health and life insurance agent, busser, cashier, and hospitality waiter. In these roles, I have developed a strong attention to detail, active listening skills, and effective time management abilities. I have also had the chance to work with various software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

I have also completed sales training at Hubspot Academy and suicide prevention training at Weeslyn University.
