What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in customer support, AI operations, technical support, or cybersecurity where I can use remote troubleshooting, HITL workflows, customer-facing operations, and my Computer Science and Cybersecurity foundation.

At Arise Virtual Solutions on the Presto/Carl’s Jr. program, I provide remote support for an AI-powered restaurant ordering system, helping customers with questions, order modifications, item changes, and order-related issues.

I monitor customer–AI conversations and use Human-in-the-Loop workflows to intervene when assistance is needed. I troubleshoot basic POS and ordering-system issues while maintaining accuracy, quality, process compliance, and operational performance requirements in a fast-paced remote environment.

Alongside my B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (Cybersecurity), I’ve built Python tools for IT support ticket management and network connectivity checks. I bring hands-on foundations in Windows, networking, cybersecurity, C, Python, SQL, remote support, and secure VPN-based workflows.
