What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving conversational AI through human-in-the-loop operations, AI testing, quality monitoring, issue reporting, and high-volume customer support.

I've supported AI-powered restaurant ordering at HungerRush OrderAI, handling high-volume customer calls, order completion, menu questions, pricing, store hours, and location queries.

In a Human-in-the-Loop environment, I monitor bot-handled calls in real time, intervene when responses are incorrect, and continue interactions to correct errors, complete orders, or transfer calls appropriately.

I conduct near-daily new-brand conversational AI testing, simulating normal, complex, and frustrated customer interactions before go-live. I've supported validation for Giovanni's, Simple Simon's, and Papa Romano's and report technical and bot issues for review.

I've also audited AI calls, supported two teams as a POC, and helped new agents through shadow sessions and knowledge checks. My work has earned World Class performance recognition three times and multiple Top QA of the Month awards.
