I'm seeking a remote Client Onboarding, Customer Success, or Implementation role with a US-based SaaS, technology, or digital services company.

I've guided US-based businesses through client onboarding, CRM setup, campaign implementation, and lead follow-up for Skyndr Solutions and Sikerhub Ltd.

I collect business requirements, organize lead data, coordinate setup across email, Instagram, and CRM platforms, and help clients move smoothly from onboarding to active campaign delivery. My hands-on tools include GoHighLevel, Smartlead.ai, Outscraper, MillionVerifier, email, SMS, and social platforms.

In GoHighLevel CRM Automation, I designed AI-powered chatbot automations to capture, qualify, and book leads across website chat, Instagram, Facebook, and SMS. I also built CRM pipelines, custom calendars, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and multi-step outreach sequences.

I'm comfortable working US business hours, communicating professionally in American English, and tracking campaign engagement, replies, and booked-call conversions to improve implementation outcomes.
