What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote MENA customer success role where I can own customer issues, provide practical problem solving and proactive follow-up, advocate for customers, and coordinate closely with support, product, and compliance teams.

At Kuwait’s Ministry of Public Works, I’ve coordinated administrative and service requests since 2010, taking issues from first contact through resolution. I organize facts, clarify responsibilities, escalate blockers, and keep stakeholders informed until closure.

I bring 15+ years of public-sector operations experience, with practical familiarity in digital services, account access, payment workflows, documentation, and case tracking. I communicate professionally in native Arabic and working English and am available for remote MENA customer success opportunities.
