I am a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with over seven years of experience delivering full-cycle (360-degree) recruitment across education, hospitality, and outsourcing sectors. I design and execute talent strategies that reduce time-to-hire, improve quality of hire, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

At the American University of the Middle East I partnered with faculty and non-faculty leaders to source, evaluate, and engage local and international candidates, managed visa and compliance processes, and prepared recruitment analytics and reports to drive data-informed improvements. In hospitality and consultancy roles, I led high-volume hiring, competency-based interviewing, onboarding programs, and managed vendor and agency relationships.
