What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR-focused role where I can contribute to recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, and cross-functional collaboration while continuing my MBA in Human Resources.

I'm currently supporting recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee queries at Porter Express in Kuwait.

At SVM Management Services, I managed end-to-end recruitment and coordinated onboarding, induction, payroll inputs, employee benefits, performance appraisals, and HR documentation. I also supported HR policy implementation, compliance, employee relations, and grievance handling.

Previously at M3M India, I managed the customer journey for more than 80 homebuyers monthly, coordinated over 100 Builder Buyer Agreements, and resolved 95% of customer enquiries within agreed timelines. I prepared MIS reports using Salesforce and worked with Sales, Legal, and Finance to reduce turnaround time by approximately 20%.

My earlier CRM and customer support work strengthened my stakeholder communication, record management, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills. I'm pursuing an MBA in Human Resources while building on more than four years of experience.
