What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-ops role where I can build HR infrastructure, run performance and workforce planning frameworks, and drive automation to improve engagement and retention in cross-functional, fast-moving teams.

I’m a People Operations professional with 4+ years of HR experience and a multidisciplinary background across digital marketing, SEO, graphic design, and project management. I combine strategic people thinking with hands-on execution—equally effective in early-stage teams and growing organizations.

At TARAZ ANDISHEH, I authored the organizational culture document and defined core values, then designed the organizational chart and role definitions to clarify reporting and accountability. I also initiated a process automation roadmap to reduce manual HR tasks, implemented flexible work frameworks, and built performance management processes tied to individual development.

Previously at SAINA BATTERY INDUSTRIES, I designed recruitment strategies that delivered 3 successful hires in the first year, standardized candidate evaluation to reduce bias, and authored attendance, overtime, and performance-based HR policies.
