I’m looking for a recruitment and talent acquisition role where I can improve hiring speed and quality, strengthen candidate experience, and use my analytical reporting, stakeholder coordination, and workflow optimization to support business-focused growth in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a Senior Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong commitment to perseverance, teamwork, and professional growth. I prepare and analyze recruitment and hiring reports to support workforce planning, and I coordinate with managers to identify hiring needs and accelerate recruitment cycles.

In my current role at BEHSA (subsidiary of MCI Holding - Hamrah Aval), I recruit technical and customer support professionals for operational teams and streamline recruitment workflow efficiency and candidate follow-up processes. I also lead coordination for employee mobile internet activation processes through Hamrah Aval systems, strengthening my ability to manage moving parts while keeping hiring outcomes on track.
