What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a strategic HR leadership role where I can own talent management, succession planning, and leadership development, using performance systems and coaching to drive measurable business impact and sustainable growth.

I’m a strategic and growth-oriented Human Resources Director with over 10 years of progressive experience across leading Iranian organizations, including Chargoon, Dana Energy, Mofid Securities, and Abidi Pharmaceuticals. I focus on building stronger people systems—talent, performance, and leadership—so organizations can scale with confidence.

In my most recent leadership roles, I’ve led talent development processes for more than 1,200 employees and supported HR management functions end to end. I design and implement succession planning, learning frameworks, and leadership development programs (LDP), while aligning performance management and talent management to business needs.

I also bring deep expertise in assessment and development infrastructure—job analysis and job descriptions, assessment centers, individual development planning (IDP), career path planning, and HR strategy and roadmap work. At Abidi Pharmaceuticals, I drove HR maturity and HR audit initiatives, plus HR reporting, budget controlling, and HR project controls.

Coaching is central to my approach: I lead coaching and mentoring systems, deliver training programs informed by training need assessment, and measure training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick model. My goal is to create practical, measurable HR impact through team leadership, structured development, and continuous improvement.
