I'm looking for a challenging role in a dynamic organization where I can use my communication, language, and organizational skills, grow beyond customer service, and gain specialized or administrative experience.

I've supported customers in Arabic and English at Arab Bank, resolving inbound inquiries and providing accurate information on banking products and services while maintaining confidentiality.

At Crystal, I supported a medical facility in Qatar by managing inbound calls, scheduling patient appointments, and coordinating bookings and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

I've also translated tourism content between Arabic and English during my internship with ASEZA's Tourism Department, and I bring strong communication, organization, and event-hosting experience.
