What I'm looking for

I seek product roles where I can lead cross-functional delivery in fintech/banking, drive API-first platform integrations, and scale user-facing systems with a metrics-driven, collaborative culture.

I am a technical product owner with ~3 years' experience in banking and fintech product delivery and a background in software engineering. I specialise in owning roadmaps, prioritising backlogs, defining acceptance criteria, and driving cross-functional teams from discovery to production.

At Maybank I owned enterprise customer-facing platforms including Rasa chatbot, LiveChat, OpenText/Strapi/GitHub CMS, Guided Search and EzyQ, coordinating delivery across API, Data, Infra, QA and EA teams. I translate business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and release slices to reduce ambiguity and speed implementation handoffs.

I led a standardisation effort that reduced chatbot tenant onboarding time from ~1 month to ~1 week through templates, requirement packs and playbooks, and managed SIT/UAT cycles with multi-team defect triage to improve traceability and time-to-fix. I also partnered with vendors to integrate Virtual QMS into EzyQ and collaborated with performance and infra teams to remove repeated instability issues pre-release.

With hands-on engineering experience (TypeScript, NestJS, PHP integrations, SQL) I design system sequence diagrams, integration flows and API contracts, and I favour metrics-driven decisions to improve onboarding, reduce defects and optimise performance. I hold ICP and ECBA certifications and am pursuing CCBA.
